Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. you should take nutrious diet qhuch have all vitamins, minerals, zinc, protein etc in it along with that all seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products, dry fruits etc.
take shatavari with milk and also consult with your gynaecologist for medication to increase milk supply
