Q.

how to increase milk flow ? my baby is now 3 months old and i don't have enough milk so doc suggest me infant formula but i want to increase my milk flow so what measures to be taken to increase breast milk?

A. then latch very frequently n see. Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. Have Good amount of liquid about 4 to 5 L per day including all the liquid that you want to have like coconut water buttermilk have lactation capsules like fenugreek capsule that supposed to be good you can go ahead with that if you want to and also I would like to advise you are the very same time don’t be stubborn if you’re not able to produce milk even after trying all the tactics because not all woman can produce sufficient milk so please then go for formula feeding think of what is good for your child
