A. Hello good morning !! Include Iron rich foods in regular diet,give adequate water and fluids. Fruit and vegetables (pomegranate, carrot, beetroot, sweet potato) , grapes, Tomato,Leafy vegetables (spinach, kale, amaranth), raisins,dates, prunes, figs (both dry and normal), Jaggery,dates syrup /powder or dates puriee, beet root/carrot grate in cerelac/idly/dosa/halwa, porridge,juice, stuffed roti/Paratha.
