shreya goelMom of a 8 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom You should add more dairy products in your regular diet plan. And try to take at least 2 to 4 cup of milk in a day. Rather than this you should also add jeera and ajwain in your regular diet all these things will help to increase breast milk. Take it regularly for better results Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
