RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 weeks agoA. Shatavari powder is supposed to be very good you can go ahead with that and you can actually take it three times in the day with one milk that is going to be helpful for you but along with that a healthy diet is equally important and plenty of fluid
