A. To increase breastmilk supply, include protein and other nutrient rich foods in the diet like legumes, ghee, eggs, chicken, oats with nuts, dalia, dry fruits, banana, avocado, garlic, fenugreek seeds, cumin, carom seeds, paneer, milk and its products. While nursing, keep massaging the breasts to stimulate them and latch the baby frequently as supply largely depends on the demand.
