A. AFI (Amniotic Fluid Index) is a measure of the amount of amniotic fluid surrounding the baby during pregnancy. Low AFI can be a concern, but there are some natural ways to potentially increase it: Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water (at least 8-10 glasses a day) to help maintain amniotic fluid levels. Rest: Adequate rest and avoiding excessive physical activity may help improve AFI. Maternal positioning: Lying on your side or back may help improve blood flow and increase AFI. Fetal movement: Encourage fetal movement by drinking cold water or using a fetal monitor. Nutrition: Consume foods rich in water content, like watermelon and cucumber
