How to improve iron content in baby's food

A. add fruits like pomegranate, apple, dates, apple, strawberry, kiwi, banana. Veggies like moringa leaves, Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable ,jaggery, dates in her food.

A. You should definitely go ahead with giving an iron supplement to the child and along with that it would definitely be very important for you to give iron rich fruits and food to the child when you can include include spinach broccoli beetroot and pomegranateWrite Your Answer Here
