A. For first six months you should exclusively breast feed your baby as it builds immunity of the baby and is a complete food for the baby and ini initial 3 months weight gain is slow and later baby gains around 400 gm to 500 gms weight every month till one year of age

A. Hello dear parent, babies under 6 months of age should be given either breast milk or formula milk. You can not give semi solids before 6 months of age. So baby's weight will increase as you will.feed the child. You should give breast milk every 2 hours and give formula milk every 3 hours.
