A. Best way for healthy weight gain of the baby is to include fresh, home cooked, nutritious meals from the beginning. Feed all kids of foods, fresh juices, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Include variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water to keep baby hydrated. Keep him physically active and reduce screen time.
