A. For healthy growth and development of the child, it is important to feed fresh home cooked meals alongwith variety of fluids. Restrict intake of sugar, fried and packaged foods. Limit screen time and engage him in physical activities like jumping, running, climbing, cycling, swimming, hanging bars and other outdoor games. Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness in the surroundings.
