Ma’am actually you can apply Babyhug coconut oil or hibiscus oil that would be good but honestly the hair growth will get better once you get the scalp shaved off because as of now the child has a dead layer of skin called cradle cap which actually hampers the growth in the scalp once you cleared the growth is going to be good automatically
