how to give her a full protein food how I know she's enough calories in a day?

A. hello dear give 2 servings of fruit in a day.. give breakfast lunch and dinner n be sure to include carbs n proteins in it like dal rice together.. like besan cheela .. cheese sandwich.. paneer paratha.. inlcude soups in between nuts and dried fruits as well

A. hello giving your child healthy and nutritious well balance food on a daily basis will help your child get all the required nutrition and you should be given your child fruits vegetables dry fruits dairy product so the child will be able to get all the protein calcium vitamin
