Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. here for proper comments is very difficult until and unless a proper examination is done to find out the exadwct cause so it would be better if you consult your doctor so that he can examine properly and than will guide you accordingly regarding this

You Brush properly clean the area with a soft cloth regularly it is going to go away if it does not then you can ask a paediatric dentist maybe they can advise you with something that you could use of that area which will help in reduction of those black spots
