dr nehaMom of 3 children1 Year agoA. change diaper timely n specially keep watch at size of diaper. try to use babyhug diaper. mustard oil works good on rashes. n also use small amount of dearmacare cream

Diaper should be change frequently and not used more than 3 to 4 hours or if the diaper is soiled it should be change immediately also try to use a diaper with super absorbent jexflly which will be more helpful in reducing the rashes diaper should not be used very frequently also use zinc oxide barrier diaper rash creams to avoid contact of urine with the skin Also maintain proper hygiene and avoid dampnesds which can cause secondary fungal infection.
