A. brush twice a day using a grain size of kids age appropriate toothpaste like Colgate kids cheerio or kidodent rinse after every meal and white chocolate chips and biscuits visit a dentist once every 6 months

A. Hi parent It's ok give her a sip of water after she consumes milk . give her a2 Desi cow milk avoid A1 milk give her more fresh probiotics
