Mam kids usually sleep for long duration in this age non-stop they can sleep for 5 to 6 hours at a stretch and that is the match they do and they wake up take a feed sometimes they’re awake their playful sometimes they cry but there is no technique to make them sleep better because you usually sleep for 12 to 16 hours on their own
