How to let my baby have long deep sleep

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 months agoA. mam baby sleep gets regularised by the age of 6 months. please massage the baby with coconut oil. also do some cycling leg exercises of the baby. feed the baby well before putting to sleep so that baby does not feel hungry and wakes up. make no noise while the baby is sleeping and keep the room dimly lit.
