Siri getting fair skin is out of the question because the products do not support in changing the complexion yet if you see any ad or any cream and you want to follow that then you can go for it but there is no products that are dull skin and all you should go ahead with the plan vitamin E E oil regularly on the face before you go to sleep I specially under eyes that’s going to help and you can apply cucumber juice also under your eyes regularly at least 5 to 6 times in a dayWrite Your Answer Here
