Q.

How to gently wean breastfeed? I dont want to forcibly stop as said by my elders.

A. Make your breasts less available for nursing. Stop wearing nursing clothing such as nursing bras and tops with nursing slits. Shorten each breastfeeding session before stopping it completely. Postpone breastfeeding sessions and Substitute food, drinks, or comfort for breastfeeding. Distract your toddler. Stopping gradually will also help prevent problems like overfull, hard (engorged) breasts and mastitis.

A. Hello dear parent! Gradually include all food groups in your child's diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Serve your child healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Start weaning off with one feed at a time
