include a balanced diet that has all the food groups like whole grain and millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and vegetables , nuts and oil seeds, ghee , eggs etc.
can give weight gaining foods like potato, sweet potato, ragi, makhana, paneer , curd , nuts powder etc
avoid processed and packaged foods
do not force feed
give small and frequent meals
make sure your child is active .

See See if your child is going to eat properly whatever you are giving to the child it is going to be good enough for healthy weight gain so there are two things either your child is not eating which is why the wait is less and if your child is eating and still the weight is less then you should consult your doctor
