A. Hai good afternoon !! If baby is active,achieving milestones then no need to worry about weight. Give high calorie,protein rich foods,good fat fooda for weight gain. Dals(pulses,legumes),idly,ghee,cheese,butter,curd,tofu,paneer,dry fruits and nuts,egg,meat ,banana,potato,other fruits,vegtables in regular diet helps in weight gain.
