how to gain the body weight of the baby

A. dear mum, you can give foods like eggs and non veg foods like meat, fish, chicken. add ghee to every meal. give milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, dates, raisins.
