for Healthy weight gain of child,you should offer food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice which is full of starch.
you can offer energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child.
give protine rich diet , include different dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet.
