Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi while having dengue ,fever can not get down with the help of paracetamol ,it is high fever and can not cured at home. it remains for more than 3 days. you must consult your pediatrician if a child is having high fever (100f or above ) for more than 3 days or remains same .
