how to feed more as my baby eat very less?

A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements like iront supplements and multivitamin with lysine like sytp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

Mam everyone has an appetite is similarly kids also have appetite if you were trying to give extra food to the child then your child will have indigestion and your child will keep throwing up every now and then so I believe you should just give it as per the appetite but instead of giving three meals make it six small small portions for six times in a dayWrite Your Answer Here
