sir , babies skin complexion depends on many factors like genes , environment etc
it changes over period naturally.
so no need to worry for this.
just dress your child in weather appropriate clothes.
give massage everyday.
use baby friendly skin care products like Babyhug brand skin care products for a child .
maintain good hygiene.
