how to encourage my 14months to eat now a days he have started to play with the food one bite that's wt his meal is from a week

A. Hello dear parent! Try giving your child cut fruits and vegetables to encourage self eating and chewing. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates. Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Good luck and take care.
