how to eat calcium rich foods

A. hi prepare some calcium rich food items like Ragi porridge, ragi rab or hlwa , nuts powder or dry fruits ,milk and milk based products i.e paneer, curd, ghee, buttermilk , fruits like banana , dates etc you can provide sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day which is also good source of vitamin D.
