Calcium rich foods for baby

A. dal.. milk. . . paneer. . curd. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

A. Hi mom Milk, milk products like paneer curd cheese are rich source of calcium. Almonds, spinach, beans, ragi, sweet potato etc are also high in calcium. Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby. Take care
