A. Ma’am you have to look for given options and varieties to develop an interest in the child because no supplement is going to meet the need of the body food has its own importance you have to teach a child to eat each and everything but you just have to focus upon different options and recipes

A. Hey there’ instead of larger portions, focus on making every bite count with rich foods, health, high and healthy fats and proteins. Add ghee, butter to your child food. Include enough proteins in the form of dal, Paneer, eggs, and so on. Offer full fat dairy.
