A. dear mum to build healthy food habits you as parents will have to set a positive example and encourage healthy eating for the whole family. stop storing junk at home and avoid outside too. unhealthy food should not be treat for finishing healthy meals the whole family should eat same food do not make special dishes for your child if you have prepared something which he or she does not like have meal together as a family without an any distraction of television or gadgets
