AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom If eyes are watery from birth then this is due to the blocked tear duct. This can be corrected by regular massage. U can watch the video on youtube as how to open the blocked tear duct. Also consult with your paediatrician for the same.
