do babies get tears?

Hello ma’am For initial 3 to 4 months normally kids do not get any kind of tears because Cry also you can just see them crying but there are no tears old yes I can assure you that kids do not get here at an early age. But if your child is having water or something for the idea that could be a watering I so keep cleaning it with a soft wet cloth
