It seems your baby is 2month old , for now you need to have a balanced and nutritious diet
Have 3l of water everyday
Avoid excess intake of ghee oil and sugar
Have small and frequent meals
After completion of 4 months and after the advice of doc you can start with proper diet and exercise

Drink lots of water.
once fully recovered start with some light exercise like yoga walking etc
Gradually increase the intensity and do jogging cycling aerobics etc which ever you prefer
