Hyper activity is a kind of disorder you should consult a child psychologist for that they will help you as understanding the behaviour and hyperactivity of your child it would be easier for you to deal with your child after that these kids need to be busy all the time so you have to give them some activity which keeps them busy otherwise they are bored and then they get into something or the other some trouble they call for them
