Post delivery hair fall happens due to harmonal changes ,low haemoglobin levels, stress.
To overcome this have balanced diet with protein, calcium, iron rich foods fruits and vegetables, dry fruits and nuts, milk, diary products,iron rich foods (leafy vegetables, fruits and vegetables,dry fruits and nuts).
Do warm oil massage (castor oil) onion oil, amla oil, Fenugreek seeds pack, egg pack, hibiscus flowers, leaves pack will control hair fall .
Have more water , fluids .
