Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. can give specify these days.. are you on the third Trisemeter of pregnancy.. as high bp is common in these days.. you need to stay calm.. stay relax.. avoid salt.. little amount is fine.. cooked salt or use black salt
