how to control blood sugar level during pregnancy?

A. Hello mam , you can take whole grains , seasonal fruits and vegetables, millets etc and also have small meals rather than having heavy meals . Also you have to do some physical activity such as walking which is good .. avoid refined , processed and sugary foods
