Look for a diaper that has good absorbency, fits comfortably to the baby, has soft cotton material which will not irritate the babies sensitive skin and is breathable. I will suggest you to use R for Rabbit diapers for your baby. My sister is using it for her 5 month old and she says she has the best experience with it

Look for diapers with a soft, breathable material to prevent rashes. Choose one with high absorbency to keep your baby dry, especially during long naps or overnight. A good fit is crucial—ensure it’s snug but not too tight to avoid leaks or discomfort. Hypoallergenic options are ideal for sensitive skin. Test small packs of different brands to find the best one for your baby. Pay attention to your baby’s comfort and any signs of irritation, and always change diapers promptly to maintain hygiene.
