A. give immunity booster food substance like-Eggs, youghrt, spinach, nuts like almond, wallnut, sunflower seeds, apple, and all seasonal fruits , citrus fruit, and vegetables and , oats, garlic, carrot, broccoli, butter, beans , mint juice, milk and milk products..
