NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello yes you should brush your baby teeth and maintain a proper oral hygiene which is very important and you can be using a fluoride free toothpaste like babyhug since the baby does not know to spit and would be safe for the baby also
