You should eat well that is what is going to be beneficial because if your diet is going to be good you want me to eat healthy food the child is automatically going to take a proper growth for getting yourself tested every month basic blood test and urine test is going to clear the picture if you are having any deficiency or any issues according to they treat you alongside
