how to avoid mobile phones to my child he uses it when he have food other than that he don't ask but nowadays it had habbit and without phone he is not eating

A. Hello mom once done this is a very bad habit and it’s difficult to get the child out of it.so would suggest that you start to use some age appropriate books instead and use it while feeding .. gradually reduce the duration of the screen time
