how to avoid kids fast food eating habits and how to promote doing exercise everyday

A. Okay so you have to make sure that you’re feeling healthy food to the child and once in a week or 10 days you can give junk food to the child whatever your child likes to have the initial parents only introduce this thing and then it becomes a habit which is very difficult to break so try to do it this way and secondly when you want your child to do some exercise you should do it together with the child like you should make your child jump run you should do it along with your child that’s how you can motivate your child to do it do it
