A. Hi Give only home cooked foods with ingredients like egg. potato, Almond, cashews dates banana chickoo peanuts til seeds, coconut, anjeer. for healthy weight gain. Make sure no one at home eats junk food so that child observes & learns from them

A. hi dear mom give well balanced meal that should include fresh vegetables fruits legume dairy products poultry items and dry fruits.....to include Healthy eating habits...avoid junk...give natural home made fresh food...
