A. Prevent constipation in babies by ensuring proper hydration, increasing fiber-rich foods (like prunes, pears, and peas) once solids start, and using techniques like tummy massages or “bicycle legs”. For babies over 4-6 months, added water or fruit juice can help, while keeping a balanced diet and consistent routines are key for prevention.
