Mix veggies into favorite meals of your kid.
Try veggies warm, cold, frozen, roasted, steamed, sautéed, with dip, in different shapes, etc.
change the appearance of regular veggies you serves..
educate him advantage of eating vegetables.
Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. you can try making colourful salad by adding cucumber and baby tomato and lettuce. add carrots also. try and cut them into different shapes to make it more exciting.use a small cookie cutter if required. add finely chopped veggies to khichdi. make noodles ir fried rice and add various vegetables like capsicum or coloured peppers like yellow and red and orange ones. add vegetables and mushrooms to the omelette.
