give breast milk daily so that the milk will be produced more.
continue with the formula milk also two or three times daily and slowly you can keep producing it
for milk production, feed the baby continuously which will help you to produce more.
the more milk you give the baby the more milk will be produced.
completely empty one breast before going to the other and lets the baby correctly.
include jeera fenugreek flax seed, in the diet.
have lots of water and also have raw papaya daily which will help to produce milk.
relax more and get rid of the tension. and also you can use Babyhug Manual Breast pump With 2 Suction Modes to express milk if you can't feed properly . pumping also increases milk.
