hello sir my baby is one month old sir I am breast feeding him.he was low weight so docter put him on formula. now his weight is improved so docter told to stop formula. but he is used to formula. so I asked docter to give formula so he changed formula which was for premature.he adviced to give once in 4 hrs. I am breast feeding in between. my milk of breast us of good flow yet.how to increase breast feed plz guide me.

A. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet while breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
